Govt committed to promote Make in India products, Tribes India, Handlooms & Khadi products: Piyush Goyal

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal and Tribal Affairs Minister Arjun Munda today chaired a multi-stakeholders Workshop on Strategies for Promoting and Marketing of Tribal Products in New Delhi.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Goyal said, the government is committed to promote Make in India products and Tribes India, Handlooms and Khadi products.

He sought cooperation and suggestions from industry, advertising consultants and designers in expanding both domestic and global market for tribal products. 

Tribal Affairs Minister Arjun Munda stressed the need to expand the market of tribal products both domestic and international.
